Reel Good Film Festival
14.04.2025
On 12 April 2025, Being Here made it’s Australian festival debut at the Lido Cinemas for the Reel Good Film Festival, “Melbourne’s most exciting single-day, multi-screen short film festival”. I had such a great time watching the a bunch of the shorts, talking on a panel and meeting all the lovely and generous filmmakers who were part of the festival. Thanks Chris Luscri for putting together such an amazing festival and for including my film in the program.

ACMI First Nations Welcome Installation
01.02.2025
During 2024, I had the priviledge of producing an artwork in collaboration with Taungurung aritist Mick Harding. The work Baan Biik Woora Woora, which was a $20,000 comission for a ‘Welcome to Country’ installation from the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, is a celebration of culture, place and Mick’s beautiful illistrations. We wouldn’t have been able to make this work without the contributions and talents of Jackson Cook, Hamish Keen, Sam Mapplebeck and of course Nicole, Mitchel and Corey Harding.
Baan Biik Woora Woora is now open to public at the Fed Square entrance to ACMI as an ongoing exhibition.
